Flash flood emergencies on going overnight.  Widespread 2-3 inches of rain has occurred last 24 hours with some areas receiving 4-6 Inches!  Moderate to heavy rainfall will continue overnight. As of shortly before midnight Saturday night the heaviest rain last 24 hours from the southeast side of Tulsa southwest to southeast of OKC to near Lawton where flash flood emergencies have been issued.  Many areas already in flood before the heavy rain over past 24 hours making this an extremely dangerous situation especially at night when you can't see the flooded road.  Hearing many reports of water rescues on going throughout portions of Oklahoma.  Please DO NOT TRAVEL overnight through the morning hours unless you have another emergency to deal with.  This is a life threatening flood situation!  Here's my late evening weather report.
